First impression is concern on what person seeks on the other person when they meet for the first time. There is a famous proverb that the first impression is the lasting impression. Yes there won’t be the second chance to make first impression. Once the impression has been made, it can be almost impossible to change it.

First impression can be affected by various factor such as outfit, cleanliness, manners, facial expressions, body language, even sincerity and once that impression has been made, it is almost impossible to change it.

Tips below can help you to make killer first impression, whether it may be for job interview or any events

1.Be On Time:

We all know this is essential, even many of the people ignore this and show up late for interviews or events. This act may shows that people are not responsible toward the things. Whereas, if interviewer reached early then they are already able to make good stead.

Before going for interview or at any event .you must be prepare for the good Conversation for that ,do research about the job title, about company , about the person you are going to meet. After that make a list of possible question that can be asked, spend some time to practices answers for those question.

3.Appearance

Yes appearance matters, person you meet for the first time are not aware about you, in fact they doesn’t know you. The appearance is the first thing he/she has to go on. But it’s not like that you have to dress like a model to create a good impression.  Simply appear consist of basic things like neatness, well-dressed, the definition of well-dressed can completely depend on what job you’re applying for, this cam add an element of personality

4.Maintain a Proper Body Language:

It a very common things to be nervous at interview or when you meet someone for the first time however, it very important for you to keep proper body language, friendly and inviting in conversation. Remember even if you are feeling nervous inside, you can easily mask it through proper body language. We can find various tools and techniques to maintain a good body language.

Example ; imitating techniques which means that  is to copy the body language of the person with whom you are interacting with .If they’re smiling, do the same. If they tend to lean forward in conversation,. If they are using hand movements, don’t stay hard.

5.Pay Attention:

Pay attention by showing interest and actively engaged on the context Make sure to keep eye contact; do not let your eyes wander around the room. Making eye contact shows that you are more confident.
